y9990 is an English-language online entertainment platform designed from the ground up for Pakistani players. From PSL fever in Lahore to ICC knockout nights in Karachi, we cover the sports and casino games that matter most to you — with transparency, security and responsible play at the core of everything we do.
Figures are illustrative examples only and do not represent verified operational statistics.
y9990 was created with a straightforward goal: to build an online sports betting and live casino platform that genuinely works for Pakistani users. Not a platform transplanted from a different market and awkwardly adapted — but one that understands the rhythm of cricket season, the excitement of a PSL final and the way sports cut across cities from Rawalpindi to Multan.
Pakistan's online entertainment audience is young, mobile-first and deeply passionate about sport. Most existing platforms were built for European or South-East Asian users, with payment flows that made no sense locally, odds pages that loaded slowly on mobile connections, and support teams unfamiliar with the Pakistani context. We saw that gap clearly.
So y9990 was built English-first — because English is the language Pakistan's digital-savvy betting audience uses — but with local context baked in. References to familiar payment rails like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah not because we claim they endorse gambling, but because they represent the financial landscape our users already live in. Mentions of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar and Multan not for marketing flair, but because that's where our community is.
From day one, we committed to being transparent about what y9990 is — an entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino and slot content — and honest about what it is not: not a Pakistani government-licensed operator, not affiliated with PCB, PSL or ICC, and not in a position to offer legal advice on gambling laws in Pakistan. Users deserve that honesty.
The concept for y9990 emerged from observing how Pakistani sports fans engaged with betting content online — enthusiastically, but with platforms that didn't fit their needs. The brief was simple: English language, Pakistan context, mobile-first, transparent.
The core platform was architected around mobile performance. Pakistan's internet users are predominantly on mobile connections, often in cities like Faisalabad and Multan where connectivity can vary. Fast load times and large touch targets were non-negotiable design requirements.
y9990 expanded its cricket betting markets to cover Pakistan T20I fixtures, PSL seasons and ICC tournament events in depth. Match Winner, Top Batter, Over/Under and live in-play markets were prioritised based on what Pakistani users actually wanted to bet on.
Deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options were integrated directly into the player dashboard — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of what y9990 stands for.
Hundreds of slot and live casino titles were added to complement the sports betting offering, giving players in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad a rounded entertainment experience on a single platform.
Two straightforward commitments that guide every decision we make at y9990.
To provide Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts with the most transparent, secure and user-friendly English-language online betting experience available — one that respects local context, communicates honestly about risks, and puts responsible play tools in the hands of every player from day one. We believe entertainment should never come at the cost of clarity or user wellbeing.
To become the most trusted English-language online betting reference platform for Pakistani users — known not just for the breadth of our cricket, PSL and ICC coverage, but for the integrity of how we present information, the quality of our responsible gambling support, and our consistent honesty about what we are and what we are not. Trust, built one transparent interaction at a time.
These six principles aren't taglines — they're the criteria we hold every platform decision against.
Bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, odds methodology and platform limitations are communicated clearly and upfront. No hidden clauses buried in fine print. Pakistani players deserve straightforward information.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, regular security audits and strict KYC verification processes protect every account. Your data and funds are treated with the same seriousness we'd want for our own.
Gambling involves real financial risk. y9990 integrates deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion and cooling-off tools directly into the platform. We take responsible gambling seriously, not as a compliance checkbox.
Pakistan is a mobile-first market. y9990 is optimised for the devices and connection speeds that real Pakistani users in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Peshawar actually use — not just high-end devices on fast Wi-Fi.
Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments — y9990 was built around the sports events that genuinely electrify Pakistan. We invest in depth of coverage for the markets our community cares about most.
y9990 does not fabricate regulatory approvals, invent license numbers or claim endorsements it does not have. We are honest about what we are, including the legal context Pakistani users need to understand before playing.
Six concrete reasons the y9990 experience stands out for Pakistani online betting users.
Every Pakistan T20I, ODI, PSL fixture and ICC event is covered with a full range of betting markets — from Match Winner and Toss to Over/Under, Top Batter, Top Bowler and live in-play wagering. Cricket is not an afterthought at y9990; it's the headline act.
In-play markets update ball-by-ball and minute-by-minute across cricket, football, UFC and other live sports. Odds are presented clearly so you can make informed decisions, not impulsive ones, as the action unfolds.
y9990 references the payment infrastructure Pakistanis actually use — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — for informational context. These references do not imply endorsement or confirmed gambling support from any listed provider.
A broad library of slot games, live dealer tables and classic casino titles gives players in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi a full entertainment menu beyond sports betting. All RTP figures are clearly labeled and explained.
A 24/7 support team fluent in English — and able to assist in Urdu — is available via live chat and email. Whether you're troubleshooting a payment query in Rawalpindi or a bonus question in Multan, support is always reachable.
Every bonus on y9990 comes with plain-English explanations of wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rules, expiry periods and cash-out caps. We don't bury important conditions in unreadable legal text.
Everything we build, say and do at y9990 comes back to these three fundamental commitments to our users.
Safety is not a feature we added later — it is foundational to y9990. This means KYC verification to prevent underage access, responsible gambling tools that are easy to find and use, and clear adults-only messaging throughout the platform. We require players to be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. Being 18 does not make gambling lawful everywhere in Pakistan — users must understand and comply with local laws.
y9990 will not claim to be licensed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA or State Bank of Pakistan. We will not fabricate license numbers or claim endorsements from PCB, PSL, ICC or any Pakistani financial institution. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and we communicate that clearly. Our users are adults who deserve accurate context, not misleading marketing.
The Pakistani betting community — in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — is not a market to extract value from. It is a community we serve. That means investing in cricket coverage depth, building a mobile experience that works on real Pakistani connections, offering support in English and Urdu, and listening to what our users actually need rather than copying a European playbook.
